We are trying to read values such as the 3 ph Voltages, the 3 ph currents, Power, Power factor, and a total of about 120 odd parameters.

But we don't really know where to start from.

We are using the DLMS Python Script that you have provided.

Please advice on how to move forward to get the data.

meter use class_id = 15, version = 3, and has passed CTT3.0 report.
GXDLMSDirector.exe can read all object. But "access rights" can't analysis.
can you tell me GXDLMSDirector.exe can analysis class_id = 15, version = 3 or not?

We are trying to get our Secure Meters Premier 300 connected to the PC.

We have tried ourselves and we are not able to get the device connected due to the error attached with this message.

Trying to connect to a CLOU device using HIGH GMAC authentication, we're getting an "ServiceError Initiate Error exception. Inititate Other" message.

We've setup the device as shows its user manual.

I have been struggling for the past two days getting communications to work on a Hexing HXF300 unit, via a RS-485 interface.

It seems like I'm missing something, and don't understand how the serial number stuff works. Do you have a older version of GXDLMSDirector that can use the serial number of the device to establish communications?

I have been trying different addresses for a while now, no dice.

I connect to a meter with authentication=HLS, services=get,set,getblocktransfer,serblocktransfer etc, I can connect successfully and read all parameters. But, if I add Generalblocktransfer to the services, I can still connect successfully; but when I try to read any parameter, Gurux sends plain text to the meter, without encrypting it. Log is given below:-

We are trying our DLMS implementation through Network and found that the value of Destination wPort is wrong implemented.

Please consider the following WRAPPER header:

00 01 00 04 16 3E 00 3D

My device is configurated with the following values:

Client address: 4
Logical server: 1
Physical server: 5694

My understanding says that Destination wPort is the logical server address, but in the example header, the destination wPort corresponds to the Physical server address.

For the Activity Calendar class, in the season_start field how the day of week can be specified?

In the field, there is only space for day of month, month, year, hour, minute and second.
