We are currently facing an issue while reading meter data using the Gurux DLMS libraries.

In the field, some meters display six-digit KWH values (for example, 987654.32). However, when we fetch the value from the meter using GXDLMSDirector, we receive only five digits (for example, 87654.32).

The meter display shows the correct six-digit value, but the response appears to be skipping the first digit in the reading.

Please let us know if you require any additional logs, OBIS codes, or sample responses from our side to investigate this issue.

I would like to ask whether the conformance tests are aligned with the latest Yellow Book or with any version of the Yellow Book. I have also launched the simulation model of an electric power meter and disabled all tests except the HDLC tests, but it still fails several of them. The results show: Test #1 failed, Test #2 failed, Test #4 failed, Test #10 failed, Test #14 failed, Test #15 failed, Test #16 failed, Test #17 failed, Test #18 failed, and Test #19 failed.

I'm trying to connect to wasion meter. the security is using HighGMAC. and the response is "Connection is permanently rejected. No common AcseVersion"
I try many combination on client, logical, physical address and i think the current value is correct because the meter responding and responsive. What could possibly go wrong? Is it regarding the title, block cipher, etc?

In the field, some meters are configured to return values with 6 digits (for example, energy or billing-related parameters). However, while reading these values through Gurux, we are consistently receiving only 5 digits, even though the meter display shows 6 digits.

Observations:

The meter display clearly shows a 6-digit value.

Gurux response contains only 5 digits for the same OBIS/field.

I would like to know whether the Gurux DLMS supports AMR for bidirectional meters used in SRTPV applications. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I am working with a smart energy meter using Gurux.

I successfully connected to the meter using the optical interface (IEC 62056-21) and was able to:

Read meter data Zpa am165

Read the meter name/identification

I then tried to connect using the Ethernet (HAN) port with:

Laptop → USB-to-Ethernet adapter

Direct Ethernet cable to the meter

No router in between

The Ethernet link does not come up (Windows shows network cable unplugged,)
