We are currently facing an issue while reading meter data using Gurux DLMS libraries.

In the field, some meters are configured to return values with 6 digits (for example, energy or billing-related parameters). However, while reading these values through Gurux, we are consistently receiving only 5 digits, even though the meter display shows 6 digits.

Observations:

The meter display clearly shows a 6-digit value.

Gurux response contains only 5 digits for the same OBIS/field.

I would like to know whether the Gurux DLMS supports AMR for bidirectional meters used in SRTPV applications. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm trying to connect L&T ER300P meter by Optical probe. It is not able to connect the meter. And it show a pop up message called - Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.

I am working with a smart energy meter using Gurux.

I successfully connected to the meter using the optical interface (IEC 62056-21) and was able to:

Read meter data Zpa am165

Read the meter name/identification

I then tried to connect using the Ethernet (HAN) port with:

Laptop → USB-to-Ethernet adapter

Direct Ethernet cable to the meter

No router in between

The Ethernet link does not come up (Windows shows network cable unplugged,)

Can we read two DLMS meter sequently in one bus by input meter address from GURUX.

If possible, please wrtite back to me.

I added IHM to manufacturers to the DLMSDirector and I am able to handshake with the meter well. I however face challenge when reading Objects

I get "Failed to reply in given time" The logs are as follows. Kindly help in understanding what is going on.

I have EM101+ DLMS Cat C3 IS15959 Meter, Lauritz and Knudsen.
I'm Reading the meter through DLMS Director.

1. What are the config properties ?
2. Like What manufacturer should be selected? Indian Standards or L&T?
3. what should be the interface ? HDLC or Wrapper or what ?
4. what should be the client, logical, server, physical addresses ?
5. what baud rate should be set ?
6. What about authentication ?
7. To read clock do i require a password?

We are trying to import P384 Client Digital Signature certificate to meter and we are getting OtherReason. The reproducing steps:
1. We import successfully in meter your P384 Root CA Certificate that has CN=Root CA 384.
2. We create P384 Private key and use Get Certificate.. from context menu.
3. We select Digital Signature and enter Client System Title and create certificate.
4. In Certificate tab we use Info.. from context menu.
5. In Info window it shows that Issuer CN=Root CA 256 and this is the reason meter rejects this certificate

Hi, Does Director support confirmed push service support to enable acknowledgement for received push messages?
