Hi,
I am working with a DLMS meter that has 16 Class 7 (Profile Generic) OBIS objects.
I am able to read 12 out of the 16 Profile Generic objects successfully. However, when I try to read the remaining Profile Generic objects, I get the following error:
"Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program."
The same meter and the same Profile Generic objects work correctly in the TALTECH/Renesas GUI, where I can read the data without any error.
I also checked Attribute 7 (Entries In Use) and Attribute 8 (Profile Entries) for the affected Profile Generic objects. Both values are:
Attribute 7 (Entries In Use): 1
Attribute 8 (Profile Entries): 1
Since there is only one entry in the profile, I am not sure why GXDLMSDirector/client is reporting an insufficient memory error.
Could you please help me understand:
Why does the "Insufficient memory" error occur when reading these Class 7 objects?
Is there any limitation when reading multiple Profile Generic objects?
Why does the same data work correctly in the KALKITECH/Renesas GUI?
Is there any specific setting or read method I should use for these Profile Generic objects?
