I installed DLMSDirector 8.0.0.4. When I try to connect to a meter by TCP the meter receives a valid AARQ. When the meter response with an AARE, which earlier versions of DLMSDirector found to be OK, 8.0.0.4 gives "Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program". I tried various connection configurations - no security, lowest, and SHA1 - and all give the same error. I tried the latest code from the git repository, which identifies itself as 8.0.0.3, and I get the same result. I haven't yet tried debugging to see where the error occurs.

Anybody know where can I find the Low authentication password for the Elster devices? Thanks.

Hi, I'm working with an Elster A1800 and I need to get meter information like voltaje, current, power but I don’t know if with that meter I can do this, or only I can get general information like logical name, metering points IDs, because with the DLMS Director program only show me the values on the picture, if somebody can help me I really thank you.

I'm trying to launch the DLMSDirector executable file after installing it and it will not launch. I'm not getting any kind of error, but windows explorer gets stuck. I'm using windows 7 and the Version: 7.0.49.1 Released: 01/07/2016.

Is there any known problem?

I am using your library to read full meter data in windows using Java. It is working perfectly.
Now I have a requirement to get only selected meter data like meter number, meter kWh , etc.. .
For that I want to send obis code individually to the meter. Is there any inbuilt method to convert obis code (Eg: 0.0.96.1.0.255) to hex String format (Eg: 7E A0 19 03 41 3E 56 77 E6 E6 00 C0 01 81 00 01 00 00 60 01 00 FF 02 00 8C 6D 7E) ?? Please do the needful . Thanks in advance.

I´m starting with DLMSDirector and the smart meter ZIV 5CTM. I have been changing the configuration serveral times, but i could´t stablish connection with the meter. Reading other topics I realice that the smart meter doesn´t have the dlms identification in the meter. ¿Does this mean that is not compilant with dlms standart? I ask the manufacturer, and they said that it should work.

¿Any ideas?

We are not able to connect to L & T meter with 0x15 client address and Low authentication password.
First we have connect with public client 0x10 and able to read mandatory objects
0.0.40.0.1.255 Public client association
0.0.41.0.0.255 SAP Assignment
0.0.42.0.0.255 Logical Device
0.0.1.0.0.255 Clock
0.0.22.0.0.255 HDLC Setup

However when we use client address 0x15 with Low authentication and password it is not able to connect.
Password given is lnt1

Please let me know how to proceed.

I want to read Instantaneous parameters from L & T ER300P meter via optical port.
I am able to read from objects from public client address 0x10.

When I give Client address 0x15/0x16/0x17 address with Low Authentication and password it is not connecting.

Can you tell me how to proceed ? Is it that optical port gives limited information ?

I am working on DLMS protocol and is using gurux device suite/director, but these day no link to download device suite is available. Even older downloaded version not working on another PC (do not download list of manufacturer). Need some help on this topic.
