If you have purchased the meter, you will usually find this information from the manual. If meter is property of your energy company, only they will know it and usually they will not tell.

By setting the default password (there would be twenty zeros)
Sell the following message:
"The connection is permanently rejected, the context name of the application is not compatible"
This means that the instrument rejects the password

We are just ending test from new GXDLMSDirector where you can give password as Hex.
