We have observed one failure under below scenario,

Hello Mikko,
when disconnecting Management Client wich has been succesfully connected using preestablished association, Director disconnects the client but sends no data to server.
Therefore server connection state keeps in PRE_ESTABLISHED (should be DISCONNECTED) which prevents connection of any other client.
I would expect client to send HDLC_CONTROL_COMMAND_DISC (0x02).

Hello Mikko,
our DLMS library discards response to RLRQ (Association release, i.e. Disconnect in Director) because of missing User info.
I have discussed that with our library provider:
"
The user information field is mandatory in RLRQ on ciphered association.
The user information field shall match that of AARQ (Deciphered values shall match).
I have included the snapshot from the green book. (see picture attached).
"
Could You add User info in RLRQ?

Hi Mikko,

I am trying to write a 15-minute time interval into the Single Action Schedule Push object from GXDLMSDirector.

The meter is IS15959-2 supported.

The following interval will be set into meter successfully.

*-*-* 00:00:00
*-*-* 12:00:00
*-*-* 18:00:00

But, When we are trying to set the following interval, we are getting device reports a inconsistent class or object.
*-*-* *:15:00
*-*-* *:30:00

Where as 15 min time interval can be set from the Kalki.io tool successfully.

I have problem with HLS Autentization when users (userIDs) are defined in Server for the Association.
The userID value is filled in Director in Clients Properties->Advanced-> User ID.

I am reading data from the Indian standard meter.
After some reading getting "Service Error. Initiate Error Exception. Initiate RefusedByTheVDEHandler" error message in Director.

Can you please know what could be the reason?

Dear Sir,
I use GXDLMSDirector 8.2.2206.2301. When I connect to DLMS server from DLMS director as a ManagementClient (with pre-established association using authenticated encryption Suite0), there is a hdlc-level communication, but since then the client does not send any request (whether I click on Read button on the toolbar or Read in context menu of different objects).
The only thing that client does is periodic sending of "Keep Alive" packets (which are correctly decoded and answered by server).

I tried to read data from secure sprint 350 meter using optical port,Indian standard, I was able to read few data as shown in picture. But I was not able to read energy value(kWh). Is there any way to read energy values?
