User management allows you to create new users and assign different roles. Roles are used to limit user rights and give the user only the needed roles. Default user roles can be set by selecting "Configuration" and "Roles" or "/config/Roles".

Each user belongs to one or more user groups. Using user groups users can access different resources. Each user can access only allowed resources. This makes using the program safer.
