The purpose of subtotals is to count attribute values for selected devices or device groups. This can be used e.g. with a heatmap. Counting the average value for a large number of meters takes a long time and subtotal can be used to count e.g. average value
for a selected group of meters. This value is saved to the database with an interval.

• Name

  Subtotal name.

• Description

  Subtotal description.

• Subtotal operation

  Subtotal operation.

• Delta

  Delta value is saved.

• Total

  The total value is counted for all selected devices or device groups.

• Fill empty value with zero value

  Zero value is added to the database if there are no read values in the given time interval.

Available subtotal operations are:

• Sum

  The attribute sum for the selected devices.

• Average

  The attribute average for the selected devices.

• Minimum

  The attribute minimum for the selected devices.

• Maximum

  The attribute maximum for the selected devices.

• Count

  The attribute count for the selected devices.
