We are trying to read the load profile with Gurux Director but we are getting an error during the process, we can connect and read other registers, but with the load profile we have the error that you can check in the picture.

also we attached the frames log, according with the manufacturer the send and receive frames are ok.

We hope some can help us.

While trying to send in token using the token object method "enter", I got the response.
7E A0 1A 21 03 52 A4 38 E6 E7 00 C7 01 C1 00 02 02 16 06 04 20 00 00 00 02 FA 65 7E.

I followed the token staus response format
00 //Success
02 02 //Struct of 2
16 06 //Enum Value 06
04 20 00 00 00 02 //Bitstring of 4 bytes.

However, I get the response "HandleActionResponseNormal failed. Invalid tag"

what have I missed?

Hello Mikko,

I'm testing our custom meter and need your support regarding "Historical Data Support" for reading history of events that had been encountered. In our meter we have given a support for historical data support. But when I'm downloading the obis code list, I'm unable to read the historical data, i.e obis codes for history of events are not displayed.
Can you guide me, how to read history of events/data using GxDLMSDirector software.

I'm using GBT with DLMSDirector,but when reading object lists,after read finished,it says "Invalid response",I'm confused,is my GBT frame wrong?

I have emh lzqj-xc (with "dlms" label), but I can't connect to meter via DLMSDirector. I connect with parameters below, but connection is fail. Third party software connect to this meter successfully (see screenshot bellow), but messages does not looks like HDLC, isn't it? Which parameters of connection I must use to connect successfully via DLMSDirector?

I am developing class40 object. For the attribute number 3 "send_destination_and_method" I have to set the IP address of the connected management client. When I browse for it in the following object (image) but I can't see the field in which I have this IP address. ¿Where can I see it in gxdirector??

I have been using the DLMSDirector with a Sagemcom CX2000-9 meter using a Optical probe through a Ethernet Gateway and the connection when using none authentication is successful. The problem comes when we try to read the meter with low profile using the password provided by the manufacturer becouse we recive the error " The connection is permanently rejected Authentication failure". Do you see if there is something wrong with its configuration?

I'm trying to connect my DLMS meter which is made by Archmeter (Conutry: Taiwan), could you give me some suggestions of selecting one of the object in the manufacturer list, or the meter we use cannot connect with DIrector?
The picture below is my properties in Director, i had already checked for COM and closed firewall, but still can't connect with meter, i was wondering if I could use some advice from you.
