I read my meter data using gurux dlms director successfully and now i want to change activity calendar for day profile. When i click on passive day profile entries, UI appears with options "Start time" "script" and "selector", where in script is a drop down list and has "0.0.10.0.1.255", "0.0.10.0.107.255" and "0.0.10.0.108.255" items in it. I found that my meter accepts only "0.0.10.0.100.255" script. How can i get this script option, i need help on this.

I can configure and connect correctly with management client in gurux director with my meter. When I read all the objects I have inside, and then, I try to save the profile with the updated object list, it gives me the error "error generating xml". What is the problem?? thanks

First of all , im quite confuse on the connectiom from ITRON.
It has RX + and RX-, TX + and TX -.

We are trying to load meter certificates in Gurux Director using the tab "Certificates" inside the tool "Gurux DLMS translator" available in the application.

After right click and select "Add" option, seems the tool wait for *.pem certificate format.
Our PKI generates meter certificates in *.cer format according to our trust anchor.
We are trying to export the public key certificates in *.pem format instead of *.cer to make available load in Gurux Director, but we are facing errors when adding in them:

I'm testing our custom meter and facing an issue while reading special days table interface class.
By default there is no special days configuration meter, and when i'm reading special days table interface class, an error dialog box with "Data Bock Unavailable" message is displayed and gurux software gets disconnect from meter.
Is this general procedure for all meters, that meter will gets disconnected if there are no special days?
Can you help me with this issue ?

I am trying to establish connection between Microstar/ Bluestar A2000/ P2000-D three phase energy meter, and GXDLMSDirector software, but i am failing to. All i need is to make connection, then refresh to retrieve available OBIS Codes.

Please see attached my connection settings using "Gurux" manufacturer type.

If anyone has ever managed to make connection to these meters, please assist. Thank you in advance.

For the Monitored Value field in Register Monitor Object, (Attrib 3 of IC 21), the values from “Data”, “Register”, “Extended register” or “Demand register” objects can be selected.
But in Gurux, there is a drop down list which shows only "Data" & "Register" related objects and it does not show "Demand" & "Extended Register" related objects.

Is this understanding correct?
Can the support for IC 4 & IC 5 (i.e. "Demand" & "Extended Register") be added?

Cannot set while record macro, it show message "object reference not set to an instance of an object". after stop record macro, it can set data normally. can you help to check this issue.
