Hi,
i am trying to read this meter (Landis Gyr E230)
as the first instance, I create a new device and select "Landis + Gyr"
When trying to read, I get the error that the manufacturer does not match, it appears as "AMP", the meter is manufactured in Brazil (2017). As seen in the photo.
to solve this I create a new manufacturer, with "Flag ID" = "AMP", and I leave it the same as the original Landis + Gyr.
After this I try to read the meter and I can't do it, the meter does not respond, I am doing it through an optical sensor, the protocol is IEC, which I have seen that in the new version it does not appear to select, I have tried with a version above but I have not been able to read it either.
I think that something manages to read at the beginning even though it does not appear in the tracert, since it identifies the manufacturer.
Any idea what it could be?

Select interface to HhlcWithModeE if you are working with optical probe and try again.
