Hi, I need to read Load profile data from Sanxing meter (P34S02 CT) with GXDLMSDirector. I can connect to the meter with password, Low Authentication, Client Address 1 (instead of 17 that is suggested for Sanxing), Logical Address 0, Physical Address 1), and I can read registers, clock,... but I can’t read Load Profile (Buffer). Access rights for attribute index 2 (Buffer) is Read, but Access Selector is only Entry. I can read only 1 (count) with ReadRowsByEntry, the rest are null values. Why don’t read more than 1 entry?

Hi!

I'm trying to connect to my meter to Gurux DLMS Director using secured connections. I have the system title and the keys but the keys are 24 bytes long not 16. So I couldn't enter my Auth Key and Block Cipher Key. and received error "Invalid authentication key" or "Invalid block cipher key".

Auth Key: 212DD693E9B4D075173266774F164CE9E3E1FC9FD5E00988
Block Cipher Key is same.

Is there anything I could try to connect to my meter?
Really need help for this.

I want to know the process to receive push of DLMS smart meters on Gurux via TCP connection.
I have done a lot of research but i am unable to find such a way to receive push notifications on Gurux.

A while ago I bought an Apator OTUS-1 meter to play with IEC-62056. It turned out to be a bit different than expected since meter protocol is dlms/cosem and thus optical part is just beginning of joy.

Since meter is protected I asked manufacturer about readout procedure. I received bunch of values:
1) Authentication
2) Unicast
3) Broadcast
4) Master
5) Password

I'm currently using Gurux Director Software to read data from a DLMS Meter. I've successfully added the meter and established a connection to it. After connecting, I've read the Associate View and Scaler (asked by Software on First Connect).

Next, I've proceeded to read the Instantaneous Profile, where I noticed that the Power Factor (PF) value is correctly displayed as 1. However, when I read the Month Bill Profile, the PF value appears as 100, indicating that it's not divided by the scaler.

GXDLMSDirector checks for updates on start
If the Internet is unavailable, it reports an error but you can't continue working with the current version. It allows only to close the application.
It's ridiculous in my opinion.

Im trying to read the Itron SL7000 meter by using setting of authentication to Engineer 1 but when I try to connect with it for the first time, the disconnect mode error appear. How do I resolve this? Is it because of wrong password or something else? The other type authentication works well when connecting into it but for authentication Engineer 1 to 3 it gave the same disconnect mode error.
