I am using GuruGXDLMSDirector for reading a Genus SAKSHAM 325 meter. But when I run the connection, the error "Failed to receive reply from device in given time " appears.

I have tried many other configurations but no way.

I just want to be able to read the meter from the GuruGXDLMSDirector.

I found the following problem:

My timezone is UTC-6 (Mexico City) and I am runing DLMSDirector under Windows 10. When I update the meter current time zone using the clock object, DLMSDirector sends a 360 value instead of -360. If I change my time zone to UTC+6 (ex. Dacca) DLMSDirector now sends a -360 value instead of the expected 360.

I am implementing the ImageTransfer ( IC = 18 ) into a smart meter.

The problem I found in Gurux DLMS Director is with the codification of image_block_transfer method when the image_block_size does not fit into a single HDLC frame.

When using a larger block, i.e. 128 bytes, HDLC segmentation is ON and then the transmitted packet by Gurux is incorrect.

I use this long list of objects, stored in a file.
No longer DLMS Director can properly load it.
Here what i got (see picture) as soon as i click any objects in the tree.
The error translates as: "Reference doesn't point to object instance"

Gurux, any help fixing this?
I dont wanna fill my list manually from scratch.
(The device does not implement Application Association.)

I am trying to connect to a HEXING HXE310-KP electric meter over serial (RS-485). I have a MAX 485 module connected via USB.

Despite using the initial settings as specified here, all attempts to connect fail with error message "Failed to receive reply from device in given time".

I´m trying to read the Landis + Gyr E450. But I don´t know where to set the right parameters.
The meter is connected serial to the Gurux GXDLMSDirector Version 8.1.1901.1601 running on Win10 64Bit.
I got the authentication and the encyrption-key from my gridoperator, but no block cipher key.
Tell me if i´m wrong, but I think the system title are the first 8 symbols of the Meterserial.
In my case it would be: ZMXi320C

I'm able to read without problems energy profile, but there is a problem with profile billing.
When performing the read the exception "Invalid input string format" occurs.

I use default settings. It connect and this dialog comes up : "You need to read Association view to see all objects what the meter can offer. Do you want to do it now?"
