What optical head you are using? Your meter is supporting DLMS and our customers read them but do not use an optical port. Check your optical head and make sure that it's using correct modulation (IEC 65056-21).

Hi,
We have several different optical heads. Cheap ones are causing problems. ANSI heads don't work with DLMS meters. If you want to make it work right away, buy head from Kamstrup. It's working very well with different meters.
