Each schedule belongs to one or more schedule groups. Users who have joined the schedule group via the user group can see the schedules that belong to the schedule group.

A schedule can be joined into the schedule group by selecting the "Schedules" tab and selecting the schedules that are assigned to the schedule group.

A user group can be joined into the schedule group by selecting the "User groups" tab and selecting the user groups that you want to associate with the schedule group.
