I'm trying to connect to an EDMI Atlas Mk10A. To connect using the EDMI EziView software and I need to specify both user name and password for the meter.

In DLMSDirector, if I set the authentication to "Low" or "High" I can enter a password, but I can't find anywhere in DMLSDirector where I can specify the user name.

Can anyone advise me where this setting is please?

I want to read Secure i-credit 350 meter. I am trying since 15 days and i established connection but, i am not able to read voltage and current.

As i am using DLMS Protocol, i found in one post and you suggest there to refresh device after connection, it will automatically read supported OBIS Code from meter. but, in my case it is not working.

i used only one OBIS Code and that is Data-0.0.42.0.0.255
