I am using your serial .Android App code But i am not able to do Loop back from a serial port .Please help me making it work

What USB converter you are using? Download gurux.serial.example.java from Github and try to make it work with your PC. https://github.com/Gurux/gurux.serial.java
Check your serial port settings.
