We are facing some connection issues with Genus three phase and signle phase meters.

As per the Gurux DLMS director the first command to be sent is the disconnect command

Command:
7E A0 07 03 41 53 56 A2 7E

Response:
7E A0 1E 41 03 73 8E 7F 81 80 12 05 01 80 06 01 80 07 04 00 00 00 01 08 04 00 00 00 01 53 3B 7E

But some times (actually on 4 different occassions) we don't get a response back for this command at all and we don't know what can be done to get a response back and get to start the communication.

We are able to read the meter serial number of our meter and see it on the DLMS director (See screenshot attached) but when we go through the log we cannot see the serial number.

If the serial number is 3956611 what is the exact data that we should search in the log file?

I have a need to read DLMS data from a meter from Genus (picture attached). It also has a RJ11 to RS232 (male to male) cable accompanying it with which the AMR connects and can read the DLMS data. Unfortunately I do not have access to the AMR.

Though I am good with RS232 communication, I do not have much idea of DLMS protocol and thus am unable to read the meter. I have tried sending the standard "/?!" to the meter directly using terminal but of no use. I even tried combinations to baud rates (300, 9600), stop bits, partiy etc. but to no avail. Need your help on this

I need to read Load Profile in ALPHA1830 meter but I can´t find it in Profile Generic List. Only Billing Profile and Event Log are available. Is it possible to add Load Profile object in the meter? This meter is supposed to include Load Profile but is not available.

We are using HPL Three Phase meters and tried to read it using the 'Indian standard' option of the Gurux DLMS Director but we were only able to read logical name and serial number. Looks like we are not able to read the other parameters because the password is not there for a low security authentication!

The screenshot of the parameters that we are able to read is attached here

No other parameters we are able to read.

Can someone advice on how to read the same?

There is no mention of the word DLMS anywhere on the meter.

I read many topics on the forum and figured that there are a couple of topics where it is said that the EM101+ is not DLMS compliant like these:

we are using macros to automate a sequence of commands, and we would like to insert a delay between some consecutive actions, is it possible? Can I edit a macro file to insert a command like "delay", "sleep", "wait" or something similar?

After update to GXDLMSDirector 8.2.2112.2101.

When I try read from meter any data (for example object Clock with obis-code 0.0.1.0.0.255) I get PUSH-message from meter. But this message put into "Trace TextBox" and application get me Error Message "LLC bytes are missing from the message" and data not receving.

Before update i don't have any problem with DataNotification.
