Conformance test requests Current association object as IC 0x15 instead of 0x0F?

when I read the L1 Voltage in the GXDLMS Director, I wonder 2 times the read command packet was observed in Log File.

Please mention the Comments below mention read command and Response from the Device.

Note: In the Director, I was sent 1 time to Read the L1 Voltage.

iam trying to read L&T EM101+ meter data using DLMS director.
but iam unable to read data. iam getting error as failed in diconnect mode.
settings are client address is 0x11
authentication: Low
password: lnt1

on meter it is printed as compatible with IS 15959 CAT C3

In the GXDLMS DIRECTOR Energy and Instantaneous Parameter Details missing.
In the Client Id used:16 ( General Association Id )

The NIK meter is not in the list of manufacturers, is it possible to add it yourself manually?

I have a CEWE Prometer 100 meter which I am trying to read data from using GXDLMSDirector. I can access the meter successfully using level 1 access (LLS). However, I am unable to access the meter at level 2 (HLS).

i used low level authentication with password ABCD0001.
Iam getting FRAME IS NOT FULLY RECEIVED.
