it's been a while that i get from the vendor all securities parameters in order to connect in HLS GMAC to the meter and trying to get data from the meter. but i keep struggling to establish this connection by using GXDLMS with the suitable application context that i get from the communication between the meter vendor software and the meter.
i want to understand why the connection keep faikling, and your help to set the right application context for this.

Error Object type System.String cannot be converted to type System.Byte[] appears when reading AssociationLogicalName, attribute 10 (user list).

We found that some times access right of the attribute is change compare to when object list downloaded. for exp when Object list download access right is R&W but after some time I did not know when its change in Read access. Facing issue with IC-8 2nd attribute.

In my organization using Proxy server with "Windows Credentials" and when i try install GXDLMSDirector i will get error 407.
Through web-browser downloading from http://www.gurux.fi/Downloads/gxdlmsdirectorx86/GXDLMSDirector.applicat… success.
How i may download GXDLMSDirector?

I tried to show Compact data object (IC=62) in DLMSDirector. But only first row (list of captured objects) is displayed. I expect that values of captured objects (presented in response) will be showed on the second line, similiar as in case of profiles. What shall I do to see also the values of captured objects ?

I work as tester in IT company, and we're creating electrical things, for example modems. I want to learn a bit about protocols etc. and then I noticed here are python dlms libraries etc. But, for now, I'd want to try DLMSDirector to check some things. But, how can I connect? Our modem is not on Manufacturers list.
All I have are imei, s/n, modem's IP/PIN etc. Modem's type is SIMCOM. Would it be possible to connect to my modem using DLMSDirector any way?

With GXDLMSDirector, I want to connect to an ISKRA AM550 meter using optical probe, here are my command line parameters :
-S COM8:9600:8NoneOne -i HdlcWithModeE -c 100 -s 145 -d Idis -w 1 -f 128 -t Verbose

The meter seems to send me responses, after that I don't understand why the connection fails :

I'm using Gxdlmsdirector for set/get my electric meter, first of all thanks for your free software , its great.
now i want use Pre-Established client to set clock in GxdlmDirector
but i cant set parameters in Gxdlmsdirector , i can use Public/Reading and Management , But i cant use Pre-Established client , how should i do the settings?
