Version 8.0.0.20 it works and 8.0.0.23 provides access error. What is the reason?Thank you.

I have SL7000 and I want to configure my PC to read some information i used GXDLMSDirector application and I'm writing the information with default but when I press connect i received the message "fieled to recieve the reply Divice Given time "

Network connection for ISKRA MT880

Hi

I am trying to connect a ISKRA MT880 via network.

The meter is connected to the net via media converter ethernet -> RS485 and it is accessible via ISKRA software without any problem.

In director I have setup the ip address, password, and the hdml address of the counter. When I try to connect no answer.

I have attached a snapshot of the settings.

Any idea what's could be wrong.

Unable to write the disconnect control object

Hello,

I am trying to read/write electric parameters from a DLMS device (meter).
I am able to read the Disconnect Control (Class ID 70 ), which is set to Mode 3.
However, when tried to write it to activate the disconnect feature , I am unable to do it.
(There is no edit field present in it to activate the feature)

Can you let me know the procedure or the way to enable this feature.

invalid system title when tring to connect

I had a working gurux 7.0 installation with which I was able to connect to my meter (Schneider ION8800). I removed it and installed new gurux director 8.0 but now I am not able anymore to connect to the meter

My PC has Win7 64bit Italian language
