I am trying to read a meter with high security. I know the password is correct for the meter as it works using the manufacturers software. I am getting the error when I attempt to read the meter. If I use the low security password the meter is read successfully. Any ideas?

It use DLMS protocol with GMAC security level. I have the official tool to test the meter by serial probe.

I've requested the object list of a G3 electricity meter and the objects related to the new interface classes 91 & 92 defined in the Blue Book (ed. 12-1) are ommited in the gurux DLMS Director app:

4.13.4 G3-PLC MAC setup (class_id = 91, version = 1)
4.13.5 G3-PLC 6LoWPAN adaptation layer setup (class_id = 92, version = 1)

Is there any prevision about the availability of this feature?

I am having some issues with the DLMS Director. When I try to connect to the meter and I have to select COM port, the COM port values have some characters behind them. So like my BT probe is attached to COM3 and DLMS director is showing COM3i or COM3É or some other strange character. So when I try to connect I get the "COM port does not exist" error.

Any clues?

I'm trying to read objects from Sagem Meter using GXDLMSDirector but I'm occuring the below issue:

System.Exception: GetObjects failed. Meter returns Service not allowed exception. Operation not possible
à GXDLMSDirector.MainForm.ReadDevice(GXDLMSDevice dev)
à GXDLMSDirector.MainForm.Read(Control sender, Object[] parameters)
