We are currently working on our own custom meter and testing with DLMSDirector software. Our custom meter is having support of IEC62056-21 optical port mode E and want to test with DLMSDirector software.

I would like to ask for help to connect and read an A1800 Elster meter with the GXDLMSDirector Tool. I already have the physical connection made, but I cannot find the appropriate configuration with the GXDLMSDisrector to access the information.

I have reviewed in the forum some spaces that deal with the subject, but they do not define a configuration to make the reading from GXDLMSDirector with the Elster A1800 as described with other meters in https://www.gurux.fi/GXDLMSDirectorExample.

With latest version of Gurux director 8.2.2008.2701; Association with HighGMAC is not connecting for HDLC over local port it gives exception "service not allowed", with older version it is working fine.

I am trying to write Passive Relay Time (1.0.96.128.30.255) into IS15959-2 meter.

In that, If I change any value of structure and try to write, I got an error message as shown in the attached image. Please check.

Following is the response from meter:

Hi Mikko,

HLS is not working with the latest version of Gurux director 8.2.2008.2701.
With the same project file, we can connect with an older version 8.1.2006.2302.

We are facing this issue with HDLC over a serial port.

I am trying to decode the frame from using DLMSTranslator from GXDLMSDirector.

In that, I have configured all secured details in Ciphering. Still not able to decode a secured HDLC frame from that.

Can you please provide a suggestion on how to decode frame using Translator

I am trying to read data from Landis+Gyr E150 meter using the DLMS director software. But one thing, I noticed was that for L+G meter, OBIS codes were not present and the same for some other meters as well.
Has anyone noticed this?

Getting Exception (ServiceError Initiate Error exception. Initiate IncompatibleConformance) in GXDLMSDirector while reading DLMS Smart meter as per Indian standard, which is following the IS15959 part 2 DLMS standard.
