has anyone been successfull in reading data from a Sagemcom T210-D meter? Im trying to connect through a serial connection (P1 Port). My Austrian energy provider (located in Styria - called E-Netze) provided me a "Global Unicast Encryption Key (GUEK)" and a Global Authentication Key (GAK).

I'm trying to connect with follwing settings:
Device Settings:
Manufacturer: Sagemcom Energy & Telecom
Interface: HDLC
Authentication: None
Client Address: 10
Media: Serial

Using the GXDLMSdirector to test my server application, the HDLC test #2 failed.
I am not sure why this test scheme failed.

We bought several meters to check "Ivy Metering". For me, dlms is a new protocol (we mainly work with "modbus" and have not yet figured out how to work with it. I can not connect to the meter. Can you help me please?

I try connect with this configuration:
Authentintication level: Low
Interface type: WRAPPER
Client address: 0x10
Server address: 0x10
Password: 12345678

But it isn't work...

I'm facing an issue with G3-PLC interface classes - 91 and 92.

For IC91 (G3PlcMacSetup)
- Write request is not sent from GuruX software for Key Table and Neighbor table attributes. Also Method is not visible.

For IC92 (G3Plc6LoWPan)
- Write request is not sent from GuruX software for Routing Table attribute.

I'm adding/Editing the data, but data is not written in meter. I verified the access rights for the attributes, and it is correct.

i am trying to read this meter (Landis Gyr E230)

as the first instance, I create a new device and select "Landis + Gyr"

When trying to read, I get the error that the manufacturer does not match, it appears as "AMP", the meter is manufactured in Brazil (2017). As seen in the photo.

to solve this I create a new manufacturer, with "Flag ID" = "AMP", and I leave it the same as the original Landis + Gyr.

We are trying to read the load profile with Gurux Director but we are getting an error during the process, we can connect and read other registers, but with the load profile we have the error that you can check in the picture.

also we attached the frames log, according with the manufacturer the send and receive frames are ok.

We hope some can help us.

While trying to send in token using the token object method "enter", I got the response.
7E A0 1A 21 03 52 A4 38 E6 E7 00 C7 01 C1 00 02 02 16 06 04 20 00 00 00 02 FA 65 7E.

I followed the token staus response format
00 //Success
02 02 //Struct of 2
16 06 //Enum Value 06
04 20 00 00 00 02 //Bitstring of 4 bytes.

However, I get the response "HandleActionResponseNormal failed. Invalid tag"

what have I missed?

I'm testing our custom meter and need your support regarding "Historical Data Support" for reading history of events that had been encountered. In our meter we have given a support for historical data support. But when I'm downloading the obis code list, I'm unable to read the historical data, i.e obis codes for history of events are not displayed.
Can you guide me, how to read history of events/data using GxDLMSDirector software.

I have emh lzqj-xc (with "dlms" label), but I can't connect to meter via DLMSDirector. I connect with parameters below, but connection is fail. Third party software connect to this meter successfully (see screenshot bellow), but messages does not looks like HDLC, isn't it? Which parameters of connection I must use to connect successfully via DLMSDirector?
