I read that there is much knowledge in this forum regarding the mentioned energy meter.

We have a Landis Gyr E650, with a CU-L52 communication module fitted.

I noticed this has an RS485 socket.
I have much experience with RS485 and modbus.

For the last year or so, using DLMSDirector viewing devices in AMI causes an 'System Null Reference Exception' when trying to view a clock object, profile generic etc.

In the SelectItem method (line 453 MainForm.cs) it calls the GetDevice method (line 693 MainForm.cs) which returns a null device.

Inside the GetDevice(GXDLMSObject item) method (line 116 MainForm.cs) it gets the GXDLMSDevice from the GXDLMSObject.Parent.Tag. Casting this to a GXDLMSDevice returns null.

We are facing an issue with the Iskra Meter MT880 firmware update.
It is failing with an error “Access Error: other reason”, while trying meter firmware update using Gurux UI.

I updated DLMSDirector to version 9.0.2210.0401 and didn't find the manufacturer ACE (Actaris Electricity). I am updated manufacturer database. Did not help. What happened? I can't read Actaris SL7000 now (((
When I load the saved profiles, it says that it does not find the ACE manufacturer.

There're some situations which I hope you can help shed some light.

Scenario 1:
Our meter is connected to a serial port of a transparent router/gateway/concentrator device.
This device is connected to a computer that is running a Gurux Director program.
The meter's Device Address is set as 1. The Physical Server Address of the Director is also set as 1.
We can read the data and registers etc of the meter.
No problems here.

I have an issue whereby I am able to connect to the meter without issues at Low level authentication method, but as soon as I go to the next level (High) and try to connect, the following error appears, do you know what would cause this error ?

We are facing some issues with reading m-bus meters through dlms using m bus client object.
Our requirement is to connect the Hydrus m bus water meter to Iskra AM550 mode, (4 mbus meters can be connected and for each m- bus meter 8 registers can be configured).
The problem we are facing is adding the registers (M bus DIF/VIF. The capture definition object is showing some extra fields to be filled with Data, and Type other than value information and data information field in the GuruX Mbus capture definition screen.
