We use DLMSDirector to read the object list of our meter. The first few frames go well but when the meter replies the following frame DLMSDirector pops up a window saying 'Invalid count'.

i'm trying to disconnect and reconnect an Hexing meter with Gurux Director sending the obis code 0.0.96.3.10.255 .
The frames sent from Gurux Director are:
Disconnect command

I am trying to read Secure Meter Indian Standard meter using Gurux GXDlmsDirector.
When I try to read the meter data, GX Dlms Director shows error "Service Error Read exception. Service Unsupported".
Older version of Gurux GX Dlms Director is working fine (which is installed on another PC.)

I am trying to read the energy meter em101+ from L&T using optical cable. I could see the connection getting established in the LCD screen as well as in dlms director gui.
But when I try to read further for serial number etc I get
"ServiceError Read exception. Service Unsupported" message. Wondering what could be the problem. Any suggestions ? screen shot attached

Do I required any authentication additionally ?

My meter is in suite 1 and i want to communicate with the meter in suite 1 mode.

I have successfully shared the certificates of each other (Gurux client and meter) using certificate attributes and methods in suite 0.

Now i have changed the settings from "Secured Connections" tab which snap is attached here with this post.

When i click on connect button i found that Gurux send AARQ frame request in which No signing tag and no signature is there in the frame:

Communication is not established at the authorization stage, while the manufacturer's test software (also with DLMS) is working normally.

After the last 2 upgrade of DLMSDirector i have a problem with pre-established Application Associations.
I have a serie of meters configured with pre-established AA (client 1) and server system title of 8 byte (like 8305678802000403).
After the last upgrades the check for pre-established AA in the Secured connections tab of Device properties result unchecked, but in the entries there is the correct System title i have originally configured and if i connect to the meter the connection work like before

Hope you are doing well.

I have a Chint DLMS meter and I want to read it using GXDLMS director tool. But, I am not able to find this meter name under Manufacturer option. Can I use other manufacturer name or there is some other alternative method.

Also, Can we use the same C stack(We have purchased from your company long back ago) in Micro Processors(Linux) to read DLMS meter. We are successfully able to read using Micro Controllers.

Pls help.
