How to read DLMS meter data by using Secure Make Skyline E90 modem.

I can already read data with an ESP Microcontroller Board running https://github.com/gskjold/AmsToMqttBridge.
I am also interested in reading with DLMSDirector, but did not really succeed yet.

I can see raw data coming in in a terminal program when connecting through an FTDI Cable.
I see data in DLMSDirector coming in, in the trace- and notifications- panes.
I can even decode the notifications to XML, if i paste it into DLMS Translator when i have set INTERFACE to HLDC.

DLMS Director returns error when trying to read attribute 3 of IC 62 (0.0.66.0.61.255).
It is because of the value of "data_index", member of "capture_object" structure, is 0xE001.
From my point of view, the response is correct.
When data_item value is changed to 0, reading of attribute 3 is OK.
Note1- I think value 0xE001 does not oveflow int16.
Note2- data_index is defined as "long unsigned" in Blue Book, which should be uint16_t.
Could You tell me Your opinion, please?

I am facing problems when trying to connect my device to GXDLMSDirector ("no device found in time")
The device is a Sagemcom S211 meter, which is DLMS-ready according to the cover (specs of the protocol and port in appendix).

The meter is connected to my pc through a serial port USB connection.
I am not certain about what baud rate to select, since it's not explicitly reported in the documentation. Also, I get no result from the HDLC Adress Resolver so I don't know what adresses to select when adding the device.

I am getting FRMR response to a get request which is executed just after object list download .
server is responding with FRMR because of failure in matching Frame sequence no. in Frame type .

Below is the complete log :(issue is with last GET request i.e. unacceptable Frame)
Is client sending wrong hdlc frame sequence number i.e. 0xD4 ??

I read that there is much knowledge in this forum regarding the mentioned energy meter.

We have a Landis Gyr E650, with a CU-L52 communication module fitted.

I noticed this has an RS485 socket.
I have much experience with RS485 and modbus.

For the last year or so, using DLMSDirector viewing devices in AMI causes an 'System Null Reference Exception' when trying to view a clock object, profile generic etc.

In the SelectItem method (line 453 MainForm.cs) it calls the GetDevice method (line 693 MainForm.cs) which returns a null device.

Inside the GetDevice(GXDLMSObject item) method (line 116 MainForm.cs) it gets the GXDLMSDevice from the GXDLMSObject.Parent.Tag. Casting this to a GXDLMSDevice returns null.

It is failing with an error “Access Error: other reason”, while trying meter firmware update using Gurux UI.
