i see that the getting Generic Profile value using ReadRoiwbyEntry has different encoding parameters on cpp and c implementation, i am addressing to:

I need to simulate a DLMS meter using DLMS server application using C and GPRS communication. I have compiled the source code without any errors.

I tried to run DLMS client application(python) and DLMS server application(C) in two different boards. But the connection establishment is failing. Can you guide me on how to establish connection between client and server using GPRS?
Dynamic IP address is assigned on both boards.

Hello, i wanted to get more information about pre-established connection, because i want to use DLMS with smart water meter on NB IoT.

We are writing Passive TOU day profile which have 4 day table and 8 rate in each table, when we write all 4 day table with 8 rate in all table and it start transfer success for 2-3 packet and post this next command failed and getting error "Service Not Allowed", but when we reduce the data means select only few rate in all table so getting all success.
We analyse that if Payload size is <512 Byte able to write successfully in block transfer, but if no. of payload >512 byte this scenario regenerated using library as well as DLMS director.

We have ~500 ameter300 DLMS meters deployed across the country. They all use the same key material (system title 5753450000000001, client title 434C4E5400000001, auth key D0…DF, block key 00…0F, GMAC password 0x3333…). The legacy OPC client (C# / MyDaAddressSpaceDevice) talks to them just fine, but it hardcodes Ciphering.InvocationCounter = 1.

I'm trying to connect to wasion meter. the security is using HighGMAC. and the response is "Connection is permanently rejected. No common AcseVersion"
I try many combination on client, logical, physical address and i think the current value is correct because the meter responding and responsive. What could possibly go wrong? Is it regarding the title, block cipher, etc?
