Hi Mikko,

We are using the GX DLMSDirector to connect to new meter with LLS level with Serial (HDLC optical probe) and we got this error: "Not enough data"

Hi Mansour,

There is an issue with the meter. You need to ask the meter manufacturer if there is a firmware update available that fixes this. The problem is that the length is wrong on the meter reply.

The meter returns an invalid password error even the data is not complete. I believe it might be the reason for this. Check your password.
