In which format(ASCII or hexa) is the data in the command prompt which is getting transmitted and received?

Hi,

Data is in hex format. DLMS uses binary data. I believe it doesn't help you a lot because DLMS is not an easy protocol. You can use DLMS translator to convert it to XML.
