Why in function svr_getRequestNextDataBlock() in file server.c of DLMS.C don't analyze e->error?

I think there is same error like ReadList for writeList:

When I want to write with list method, If I want to write two objects ، only one byte[] returns from method to write on meter.

I am able to communicate with meter using DLMS client library.
Able to read voltage, current, etc from the meter.
I am reading data at interval of 60 seconds.
But after some time getting an error DLMS_ERROR_CODE_READ_WRITE_DENIED from parser of DLMS client.
API name : com_read, getting error in return.

Also, second one query is
Is there any way to check connection with meter ? means meter is connected or not with DLMS client.

When i try to read a load profile in a range of time of Elster A1800, i recive Access Error : Device reports Read-Write denied, but when i try to read the values individually goes ok.

Before this, I manage to get reading from meters thanks to this awesome package. But now, I got a problem to connect to DCU.

For direct reading from meter, I just ran this command and it worked.
- python main.py -h 183.xxx.xx.xxx -P xxx -p 5000 -a Low -t Verbose -r ln -c 20 -s 255

But, when I tried with DCU, it returned error which I could not figure it out.
- "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

Do you have any examples that could help me to get reading from meters via DCU?

I want to prepare below functionality

1. Need to read data from meter using DLMS client library source code
Done and working fine.

2. Need to push data using DLMS server( a data read by DLMS client) to third party server
Done and working fine.

3. Need to get request from third party server to connect/disconnect load of meter.
For that I want to pass third party request to
DLMS Server -> DLMS client -> Meter
and same for response from meter
Meter -> DLMS client -> DLMS server -> Third part server

I am trying to decode a message pushed from the meter, using Python library. I have all the correct security keys and able to decrypt the message. But Python API returns the incomplete result, compare to DLMSDirector.

Hi, when I want to set Destination properties of GXDLMSPushSetup when ServiceType is Hdlc ,
gurux change obis code to Ascii format and write something like :

but when I use meter Own software to set this property it's write obis logical name as hex value like :
<!-- 0.2.22.0.0.255 -->
<OctetString Value="0002160000FF" />
