Looking at the method globalKeyTransfer in python I find a problem that does not exist in the C++ and Java implementation.
The list_ parameter is supposed to be a list but then a getKey method is called. In order to do that, the list must be composed of Object with that getKey method.
If that's done, then GXDLMSSecureClient.encrypt(kek, it) will fail because it will be an object and then setOctetString will fail.

I am able to successfully communicate with the SL7000, but when I lose some packet and the code (Python) try to resend the message to the meter it gives me the following errors: ErrorCode.UNACCEPTABLE_FRAME or Invalid HDLC Frame: 0xba Expected: 0xbc.

I tried to decode messages pushed from a Landis+Gyr E570 smart meter with a software that already works in the same way with L+G E450 & Iskra AM550 meter. The software is https://github.com/scs/smartmeter-datacollector which uses your Gurux DLMS Python library.

I've written a listener for dynamic ip meter, but for now client is unable to setup a meter for testing purposes. Is it possible to modify the simulator code to simulate this scenario, if yes then how.

I need to read load profile capture period from several generic profile objects in an ME372 meter.
I´m using cosem_init and com_read with attribute 4 for each obis but I only read the first one.
Do I need to disconnect and reconnect before reading each one?

I need to put a few measurements in one register for example the "active energy" in the moment, daily profile and mouth profile. And as for as I know its impossible to use an array as register's data type in the protocol. So does the library for C++ implement any ways to do it and if not, is it any way to put a few measurements in one register?

Hi guys! Thank you for your hard work. Having a task to read out data from Itron SL7000 meter that has DLMS/COSEM communication protocol. Our SCADA operates with Modbus RTU/TCP or OPC DA protocols only. Could you please advise or give an example of converting DLMS to Modbus RTU (or TCP)? Thanks a lot

I successfully using Gurux DLMS Director to connect and upload from the meter via a USB to RS485 convertor. Next is to try with Arduino client, will the sample program Arduino client work with RS485? I understand it is designed to use RS232. Any code modification needed? Thanks!
