Hello, I'm working on an AMR project (C language) and recently we received a new meter to work on and sometimes this meter sends a message that gurux cannot translate.

Gurux translator doesn't give me anything (we're working without any encription and authentication for now, so message should be clear).

We urgently require your support for the subject case. Here are details. We have installed 4nos. of E650 meter equipped with E65 CU-XE communication modules in a 12kV VCB Panel where the RS485 connection doesnt establish with your DLMS test software. Please let me know what are points to be noted.

I actually facing a problem with the deserialization of an object collection (GXDLMSObjectCollection.Load). A profile and it's captured objects are located in the xml before the actual objects, which are referenced by the captured objects. The source code shows, that in this case new objects are created, but those objects are not correctly initilialized (default values on create).
See the attached picture for clarification. If you look at the line numbers, the profile captured registers are located in the xml before the actual registers.

Hello, I'm using a Python library and can't change the monitored value in the Limiter object. When I use Director everything works as expected, maybe I'm doing something wrong?
