We are currently working with the ESP32 in a multitasking setup and are facing an issue with our DLMS meter reading implementation. In certain cases, we need to halt the ongoing DLMS meter reading operation to prioritize other tasks. However, the ESP32 remains stuck in the reading task for approximately 10 seconds before returning control.

Our goal is to immediately interrupt or stop the DLMS reading operation when a GPIO alert interrupt occurs, allowing us to switch to handling other necessary functionality without waiting for the meter reading to complete.

I am trying to build an android application in flutter which connects to smart meter via Bluetooth .For this what api's i can use because as of now i don't see any such bluetooth library package for reading dlms object such as smart meters.

I'm reading ISKRA MT880, via Gurux.DLMS.Python using HDLC. Everything look great, no error, but when I'm trying to read profile "1.0.99.1.0.255", I get all values with same (bad) time, with starting date (date do not change too)
Example:

with the gurux dlms, if the connection is initiated by the meter and connected to my tcp connection, am I able to request specific info from the meter via association / send
tokens to the meter or is this only possible via server initiated connections(server initiate connection to meter)?

Using GXDLMSDirector in Device properties there is a tab named Gateway which has fields for network ID and physical device address and this data are appended to COSEM PDU if the Use Gateway box is selected.
But in GuruxDLMS.c-master project there is not any code for parsing this data. And the two enum items (DLMS_COMMAND_GATEWAY_REQUEST and DLMS_COMMAND_GATEWAY_RESPONSE ) which are defined in enums.h have never been used.
Am I missing something?

I am able to process & decode the data that is sent from the meter once connection is established, however thereafter when I send a read request to the meter for the frame counter object ,and receive a response, the code breaks when I try to process the frame counter response.
