Connecting to smart meter via bluetooth without using raspberry pi

Hi,
I am trying to build an android application in flutter which connects to smart meter via Bluetooth .For this what api's i can use because as of now i don't see any such bluetooth library package for reading dlms object such as smart meters.

Hi,
Bluetooth support is added only for Xamarin at the moment.

You can use Gurux DLMS component, but you need to use some other Bluetooth library for Android to send and receive bytes.
