Unable to establish connection between Premier 300 meter with DLMSdirector application. RJ11 to DB9 pinout is as below and DB9 to USB converter cable(bafo make) connected to laptop
RJ11 DB9-RS232
pin 1 - pin3
pin2 - pin2
pin3 - pin5
pin4 - pin7 and 8 (shorted)

in the DLMS application software - choosing secure meters ltd, interface - HDLC, client address 17, authentication low - password: ABCD0001, address type: default, logical server 0, physical server 1, media - serial. Still unable to establish connection. Can anybody help?

Hi Mr. Kurumi, I have connected with high level security to my meter and when I try to read the clock and any other I received ...Exception response "service not allowed" exception .operation not possible.....
Why that message appear on my screen?? I have wrong settings in "secured connections" tab??

I am reading an electricity meter with the following structure:

class charge, attribute unit_charge_active, element commodity_reference with a logical_name of 1.0.15.8.0.255 (Total energy).

Reading with Gurux, in the section Commodity Reference Type, field "Target" remains empty. Expanding the field "Target", there are the only references to the Credit instances.

I'm trying to read DTS-353/100A/V4D from the YTL manufacturer (Zhejiang Yongtailong Electronic ,Co., LTD). I don't have any manual and couldn't find it on the internet.

Using the HDLC Address Resolver I could establish a connection to the meter using the RS485 serial port with the following configuration:

Interface: HDLC
Logical Name Referencing
Authentication: None
Client Address: 16 (decimal)
Address Type: Default:
Logical Server: 10 (decimal)
Physical Server 9058 (decimal)

Is it possible to implement in Gurux DLMS Director the interface class IC = 116 ( IEC 62055-41 ) ? You can find in the blue book 15.

It is related with STS prepayment protocol. I have a meter that I want to validate the implementation of class IEC 62055-41.

I have a new Meter that I want to test.
Now I am trying to connect via optical probe, but in the end it should be read via TCP/IP Connection and Cellular modem.

I can read the Meter with the public Client, but LLS and HLS is not working.

Is it a configuration problem or is the meter behaving differently than expected?

When I am working with the DLMSDirector, but also my own testcode, I encounter a weird issue.

My meter has load profiles that have no capture objects from factory. Therefore, I am adding this myself via DLMS. Adding, and removing is figured out in both the director and testcode.

However, when I want to remove all capture objects from this originally empty list. I get an error message. The error only occurs when want to remove the last item in the list. When we go from a list with 1 or more capture objects to and complete empty list.
