I am trying to decode the frame from using DLMSTranslator from GXDLMSDirector.
In that, I have configured all secured details in Ciphering. Still not able to decode a secured HDLC frame from that.
Can you please provide a suggestion on how to decode frame using Translator

Your frame looks correct. Select "Ciphering" -tab and set system title, block cipher key, and authentication key. Then you can decrypt the message if keys are correct. There is a new feature in the latest GXDLMSDirector. It'll update system titles automatically if you add all the messages to the messages view.
