I want to set any value using guruxGXDLMS director …..but the problem is that only GET button is enable when we are connect to meter and make a connection …
Why the set option is not enable (means the key in the top of GXDLMS director window).
Please let me know Which changes are required to unable that set button?

we are using indian standard as a manufacturer for event reading.
while taking reading from the tool , response from the tool is accurately come as per DLMS standard.
There is a no problem with data response ....but the actual reading in the table shown in tool is not coming.
Total columns created are totaly blank..
what is the problem?....please suggest me..

I have a customer who rents his villa and needs to bill the renter for electrical usage.
Does the mk6 display acumulative kw usage so he can check kw usage when the tenant arrives and when they check out.
Sorry but we are just getting digital meters here in Thailand, and they are "magic" and no one will tell me anything about the meter or how to read it.

i am using your tool for testing of DLMS stack.
i am new user , i dont know the exact procedure for reading of data.
currently..i do the following setting:
manufacture : indian standard.
i am writing OBIS code in indian standard manufacturer.
then i am adding device through the file menu and connect the tool with the device ....it get connected..
but the OBIS code is not shown ...
my main que is that how to add the OBIS code ..
i need to read obis codes from an iskra mt860 but i can't connect to it because the gurux software doesn't receive reply from iskra. I'm trying to connect to iskra through serial communication RS485 on two wires, using a simple serial communication software if i send only one command: "/?!" or "/?serial_number!" i don't get reply but if i send two commands in sequence i get reply from the iskra, someone know what is the problem?
i need to read obis codes from two cewe prometers r, i created a new cewe manufacturer using landys&gyr manufacturer information, changing only the manufacturer id, i can connect to the cewe but i can get only two obis codes, date and manufacturer name... Someone know where i can find obis codes list for cewe prometer r?
The next week i will go back to the company where cewe prometers are installed and i will have one week to make it working...
