Hope you are doing good. We are observing strange problem in com_read function. At times com_read returns error code DLMS_ERROR_CODE_INVALID_PARAMETER i.e in decimal 258. I remember this problem was resolved in stack(https://www.gurux.fi/node/16144) and we are using the latest ANSCI C library only. could you please tell us what is the problem?

I manage to make the request and get the basic ID info as well as the registers but have no luck getting data regarding the consumption. I have been using the GXDLMSDirector tool as well as using the python scripts. Below is the outputted XML file. What do I need to do to receive consumption data?

Can you suggest to me the OBIS code, although I have concluded from Blue Book, that it can be 12.7.0, but I think it should be applied if the unit is Volts, but I'm calculating this value in percentage,

I have Itron ACE6000 and I try to read data via serial port. I try to connect with default settings (with LLS low and password = ABCDEFGH ) but get access deny. I ask in energy company about password for access, but get answer that password for abonent don't change. Man from energy company say that exist few users for access: user for abonent (code = 15 ), user for readonly (code = ?? , looks like 7), user for laboratory (code = ??, looks like 3) and user for exploitation( code = ??, looks like 5) with their passwords.

With the updated gurux i am not able to remove any certificate from the meter.

while testing i found that the gurux sending wrong serial number (inverse direction) of the certificate for remove certificate method.

E.g:
Actual Serial Number of the certificate
Decimal = > 1001562
Hex = > 0x0f 48 5a

03 0f 48 5a == > for export certificate => gurux certificate number received from gurux by serial number

I've Wasion aMeter300 with High GMAC authentication. When I using Wasion's
MPMS3000 software, I can read values. But cannot read using Gurux dlms director.
the connection is established but cannot read Association view. please check below log and help us to resolve the problem or misconfig. I've tried almost all options with no success.
