Hi, I am having problems reading the Load Profile in the meter ION8650 with Gurux Director. I can read the clock value, the association logical name, and other available registers but when I'm going to read the load profile it appears to be a connection error (the Gurux Director saids that the meter is not responding).
Do you have any idea of what is going on?

Hi,
Usually this is happening when you are reading the profile generic using start and end times. I believe that it will work if you read all the data, or use the start and end index.
The reason for this is that some meters expect the start and time to be in a specific format. For example, milliseconds or deviation is not used.
You can try to change the date time settings from the Advanced tab of the meter settings.
Try with different combinations of "Use UTC time zone, not standard", "Ignore Time Zone" and "Ignore Time Status".

You can also ask if there is a firmware update available for the meter that fixes this.
