Meter not connected through MR association

Hi,
Below error is showing when i am going to connect meter using MR association through optical port of meter.

serviceError Initiate Error exception. Initiate DlmsVersionTooLow

Hi,

Some meters send this error code if your password is invalid or meter expects ciphered connection and the connection isn't.
