Limiter Monitored Value Class ID wrong type during write

Hi,

I would like to report issue with Limiter Monitored Value write giving unmatched type error.
As you can see from Limiter write log.txt file in last update you have corrected the Attribute index of Monitored Value from Uint8 to Int8 and this is now OK, but you introduced new issue, Class ID of Monitored Value should be Uint16 as it was before update but now when writing you send it as Int16 and this causes unmatched type response.
