EMH ITZ and Moxa NPORT 5232

Hi,

First check that Moxa and meter serial port settings are same.
Then check that your settings are like described in
EMH metering GmbH settings

EMH ITZ and Moxa NPORT 5232

Hi,

Thank you for the answer and I will look at it.

I guess the problem is with the serial number I can't distinguish where is the serial number is located or should I only input the last 4 digit of the serial number.

Hi,

Give serial number totally. A serial number is a cover on the meter.

EMH ITZ

Hi,

EMH ITZ is using IEC 62052-11. You can't use GXDLMSDirector to read your meter because your meter is not DLMS compatible.

Thank you for the response.

Thank you for the response. Is there any way to read this meter?

Hi,

You can make own app. IEC 62052-11 is ASCII based protocol, but there are some variation between meters, so it's not possible to make a generic app that can read all the meter.

Mikko
