I've used DLMS translator a lot before and this is the first time when result is not ok. Could you please take a look - is it a meter communication problem or something else?
Translator gives me a strange result while decoding following data exchange:

Looking at translate result In output window, I see two frames with a very long "Value" attribute

All the data does not fit into one frame and for that reason, the data can't be converted to XML. Try to select "View" and "Complete PDU". Now you can see the XML.
