SM402D reading through an optical interface

HI,
I have a smart electric meter SM402D. I read the electricity meter via an IP modem (Wrapper). But if I need to read the electricity meter via the optical interface (Mode E). I have a problem with identification at the beginning of communication. The electricity meter has the identification "MAC" see the attachment. I didn't find support for this meter in GXDLMSDirector. Can someone help me. Thank you very much.

Hi Martin,

I'm sorry for the slow reply. The summer holiday season caused some delays.

You need to add support for this manufacturer. You can do it if you select "Tools" and "Manufacturers". Then select "New".

Set MAC and Flag ID and "RUDNAP Group Meter & Control" for the name.
I believe that you need to check "Use Logical name referencing".
