You can create a new topic selecting correct category from Gurux Forum and then create a new topic selecting "New Topic" from the top left.

Hi Mikko,
I am reading data from the Indian standard meter.
After some reading getting "Service Error. Initiate Error Exception. Initiate RefusedByTheVDEHandler" error message in Director.
Can you please know what could be the reason?

The reason might be anything. If this is coming when you are establishing the connection one of your settings might be wrong. You should also check that you have the latest firmware in the meter.
