I tried to read data from secure sprint 350 meter using optical port,Indian standard, I was able to read few data as shown in picture. But I was not able to read energy value(kWh). Is there any way to read energy values?

Hi,

Available objects might vary between the association levels.

Try to change the authentication level and read the association view again by selecting "Refresh" from the "File" menu.

I was able to read energy values (Wh) using windows 10 and .NET 4.8 with low authentication password ABCD0001 for Secure energy meter. (not receiving energy data in windows 8 and 4.6 .NET)

Hi,

Thank you for this information. change the authentication level to High if you need to write values for the meter. You also need to change the client address and password.
