I connect to the meters via IP dlms (CU-L52 and CU-B2) and I get the message: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
What is the problem or what are the settings of both meters?
I use the serial numbers, but what do I do with physical address, logical address and useLogicalNameReferencing?

Hi,

Your IP address or port number is wrong.

You don't set physical address If you are using serial number. Try to set useLogicalNameReferencing to true.

I checked the port number and IP. They are OK. useLogicalNameReferencing gives no solution.

I forgot: what are the logical addresses of both meters?

Hi,

This is TCP/IP issue. TCP/IP connection can't be established. Check firewall, etc...
DLMS settings don't affect to this error.

Are you using GPRS or direct TCP/IP?

I'm using direct TCP/IP. I think I solved the problem. The meters were read out both on the exact same time. I have a main and check meter. I read out the check meter one minute later now.
