Gurux.DLMS.AMI

I have downloaded the agent zip folder and tried following to instructions to setup the agent as from the terminal output below

PS F:\PROJECTS\HARDWARE\POWER\agent_4.0.2409.1101> dotnet Gurux.DLMS.AMI.Agent.dll
starting Gurux.DLMS.Agent version 4.0.2409.1101
Welcome to use Gurux.DLMS.AMI.
Gurux.DLMS.AMI address: [https://localhost:8001]
https://185.239.208.202:8001
Enter agent name: [I-32]

Enter Personal Access Token:
D13B69E1D9C0A9FC3EB7956E7993416FFFC35A48E414330904170275BB3FCB4D
fail: Gurux.DLMS.AMI.Agent.Program[0]
The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
PS F:\PROJECTS\HARDWARE\POWER\agent_4.0.2409.1101>

I get that exception yet I can access the AMI I have installed online. Also is the Personal Access token same as the generated token in the agent add page?
